Product Quality

Top product quality is the basis for enjoyment and health. In our Quality Assurance Department, we check every raw material and every blend. In our laboratories, we conduct comprehensive analyses to guarantee the content of positive ingredients, such as essential oils. At the same time we make sure that all statutory requirements with respect to foodstuffs are met. The testing scope of a sample is deliberately high. We use 70 different testing methods, check over 500 parameters and determine over 450,000 individual results in over 20,000 analyses carried out every year. The certified TEEKANNE Quality Management System provides for the organizational framework of the consistently high quality of the TEEKANNE brand. Certainly, we set very high standards for product safety and hygiene. We are guided by internationally acknowledged standards. Finally, our tea tasters, who undergo long training, make sure that only the best raw materials are blended into unique tea creations with consistent taste.
